How to choose how dark you like your coffee
To help you select the perfect coffee for your particular palate, we use a darkness scale from medium to darkest to identify each coffee's level of robustness. If you need to know where a coffee fits in this scale, simply hold your cursor over the star and its definition is displayed.

We use a base of Mexican Altura chosen for its low acid and soft body. Flavoring is applied while the beans are still hot from the roaster and packed warm. All flavored beans are available decaffeinated.
