Dogtooth is committed to providing the best quality beans available. Our search for exotic new coffees is relentless, allowing us to discover new estates and farms that use minimal or no fertilizers and pesticides; hand-pick their crops; and bring them to market with care.
Our beans are roasted to order
What does this mean? By roasting your beans only after you complete your order, we ensure you get the freshest cup of coffee.
As a micro hand-roaster, we consider our craft an art. Our roasting process includes smoking and then air-cooling the beans at the end of the roast. This in turn allows the beans to breathe in their own rich aroma, recapturing much of the flavor and aroma released during roasting.
